By accessing or using the CityTaska platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
CityTaska is an online marketplace that connects customers seeking local services with verified service providers. We facilitate connections and transactions but are not a party to the service contracts formed between customers and providers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CityTaska. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of CityTaska. Providers are responsible for the quality, legality, and safety of the services they offer. Providers must complete identity verification before listing services and must maintain accurate profile information.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate service requests, communicating clearly with providers, and paying for agreed services. Customers must not misuse the platform to harass providers or submit fraudulent requests.
CityTaska charges a platform commission on completed bookings. All payments are processed through our payment partners. We do not hold customer funds. Payment disputes are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
Only customers who have completed a verified booking may leave reviews. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. CityTaska reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our content guidelines.
Users may not use CityTaska for illegal purposes, post false or misleading information, harass other users, attempt to circumvent the platform for off-platform transactions, or engage in fraudulent activity.
All content on the CityTaska platform, including the logo, design, and software, is the property of CityTaska or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
CityTaska is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the platform commission received in connection with a disputed transaction.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
