We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number), information needed for provider verification (government-issued ID), service request details, booking and payment records, and usage data (pages visited, search queries) to improve the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, verify provider identity, process payments, send service notifications and booking updates, handle disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
We share limited profile information between customers and providers to facilitate service connections (e.g. your name and contact number are shared with a provider when you confirm a booking). We share data with payment processors and identity verification partners as required. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Sensitive data such as identity documents are stored with restricted access. Payment card details are never stored on our servers — they are handled directly by our payment partner (Paystack).
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 7 years for legal and audit purposes. Identity documents submitted for verification are deleted after verification is complete, unless required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Paystack (payments), Supabase (data storage), and Google Analytics (analytics). Each service has its own privacy policy that governs their use of your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
