Is there a commission on top of the subscription?
Yes. We charge a small platform commission on each completed booking — typically 5–10% depending on your plan. The subscription covers your access to leads; the commission is only charged when a job completes successfully.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel before your next billing cycle and there are no cancellation fees. Your account reverts to the Starter plan at the end of the paid period.
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. The Starter plan has no monthly cost. You'll pay a commission on completed bookings, but there's no upfront fee to join CityTaska.
Are prices the same in all countries?
No. Pricing is localised per country. The prices shown are for Nigeria (NGN). Providers in Ghana, Kenya, and the UK see prices in their local currency.
